一 | (ECNS) -- Continuous heavy rainfall in Shaanxi Province since July 30 has forced the evacuation of more than 115,000 people and caused the death of a village official during flood inspections. 三 | 　　国家统计局农村司司长魏锋华介绍，2026年，全国早稻产量比上年减少4.4亿斤，下降0.8%。四个主产区广西、湖南、广东、江西受台风影响均有所减产，早稻产量分别减少2.1亿斤、1.1亿斤、1.0亿斤和0.9亿斤，下降2.2%、0.8%、0.9%和0.7%。　　2026年，全国早稻播种面积7116.4万亩，比上年增加2.2万亩。浙江、江西、海南、广西播种面积分别增加12.0万亩、6.5万亩、3.4万亩和2.1万亩，增长6.3%、0.4%、2.0%和0.2%。安徽、广东受种植结构调整等影响，播种面积有所减少。

四 | 　　从单位面积产量看，2026年，全国早稻单产397.6公斤/亩，比上年减少3.2公斤/亩，下降0.8%。广西、浙江、江西、湖南、广东受台风天气影响，单产分别减少9.4公斤/亩、6.3公斤/亩、3.9公斤/亩、2.0公斤/亩和1.6公斤/亩，下降2.4%、1.5%、1.0%、0.5%和0.4%。海南因上年受灾单产下降，今年实现恢复性增长，单产增加7.2公斤/亩，增长1.8%。　　魏锋华称，2026年中国夏粮实现增产、早稻保持稳定，为全年粮食丰收奠定了良好基础，为实现“十五五”良好开局提供了坚实支撑。
