二 | 此次会议旨在进一步优化法治化营商环境，全力保障企业（项目）的平稳运行，构建和谐的警企关系，形成合力共为的良好工作局面。         　　6月18日下午，副市长、市公安局局长刘耀南参加会议并发表讲话。市公安局副局长姜绍辉首先通报了今年以来公安机关在“护航企业（项目）”走访活动及落实服务企业发展、项目建设十件实事方面所取得的成果。他详细介绍了公安机关如何依法平等保护市场主体合法权益，以及持续优化法治化营商环境的具体举措。         　　座谈会上，12家企业家代表纷纷发言，对公安机关在服务保障经济社会发展方面所做出的努力给予了高度评价。企业家们表示，近年来全市公安机关在道路交通、治安秩序、涉企案件等方面做出了显著成绩，为企业发展提供了有力保障。同时，企业家们也提出了一些诚恳的意见建议，希望公安机关能够继续加强与企业之间的沟通交流，共同为企业发展创造更加良好的环境。         　　刘耀南在听取了企业家们的发言后，对全市公安机关在服务保障企业发展和项目建设方面所取得的成果给予了充分肯定。

四 | 在《市公安局服务保障高质量发展21项新举措》的基础上，又创新推出了护航企业（项目）走访活动和《市公安局“助企保项”十件实事》等一系列服务举措。特别是今年市公安局还组织实施了营商环境建设“135+10+10”工程，取得了良好的阶段性成果，受到了企业和群众的广泛好评。然而，当前公安机关在服务企业（项目）建设发展工作上还存在很多差距和不足，全市公安机关要清醒客观地认识到这一点，并继续加强工作力度，确保各项服务举措落到实处。         　　会议就如何进一步做好服务企业发展和项目建设工作提出了具体要求。强调要办好小事、解好难事、做好实事。公安机关要高度重视服务企业发展和项目建设工作，深入开展“护航企业、护航项目”走访活动；要针对企业、群众反映强烈的难事、大事进行重点解决；要始终践行“不为难办找理由，只为办好想办法”的工作理念，想方设法多为企业群众办好事、办实事、办成事。

五 |          　　会议期间，刘耀南针对企业代表提出的问题诉求进行了现场答复。对于现场未能解决的问题，他要求市公安局营商审批办制定清单并抓好问题整改、督促调度和情况反馈工作。         　　此次座谈会邀请了中冶有色金属集团有限公司、锦西化工机械集团有限公司、葫芦古镇文旅集团等12家企业代表参加。与会企业家纷纷表示，将全力支持公安机关的工作，并希望未来能够进一步加强合作与交流，共同推动经济高质量发展。
