。国家防总、应急管理部22日针对福建启动防汛防台风四级应急响应。东南网8月23日讯（福建日报记者何祖谋刘志雄）针对今年第20号台风“简拉维”（热带风暴级），省防指22日15时启动防台风四级应急响应，省气象局22日15时启动重大气象灾害（台风）Ⅳ级应急响应。据悉，“简拉维”22日19时中心位于台湾台北市东偏北方向约290公里（北纬26.3度、东经124.1度），预计将以每小时5～10公里的速度向偏西方向移动，强度先维持，后逐渐减弱，可能于24日在福建近海减弱消散。 22日傍晚到23日白天，闽外渔场最大风力达8～9级、阵风10～11级，钓鱼岛海域、闽东渔场最大风力达7～8级、阵风9～10级；沿海地区和南部地区有分散性大雨到暴雨，局部大暴雨，其余地区局部大雨到暴雨。与此同时，今年第19号台风“沙德尔”持续增强，预计将达到超强台风级。
